Update V-Asset and V-DDM on Financial Statement Analysis Template (v1.51)

I have performed some minor updates on the  Financial Statement Analysis Template (v1.50) and update it to v1.51.

[1] To add Insider Pay as Finance Input
The Staff Costs and Directors' Renumeration can be retrieved from the financial note in the annual report. E.g. Referring to PTARAS Annual Report FY 2013, the Staff Costs and Directors' Renumeration can be obtained from Note (9) and Note (10) on page 54 and page 55 respectively.



[2] To calculate Insider Pay Ratio on Ratio Sheet
The ratio help you to compare the Staff Costs and Directors' Renumeration vs Total Cost, Total Asset, Revenue, Operating Profit and Net Profit.
 

[3] Update "V-Asset" sheet - insider pay checklist
It will auto picked the Staff Costs and Directors' Renumeration from Finace Input Sheet


[4] Update  "V-DDM" sheet - formula for Scenario (2) : Constant Growth Dividend
